I fell in love with coffee when I was 17 working in Dunkin Donuts in Saratoga, NY. This was during the second wave back in 1999. During subsequent years coffee became a staple whether working construction or a desk job in the telecom industry.
I began my coffee roasting journey in 2020, after discovering how much better freshly roasted coffee was over the stale beans sitting on the shelf at the store.
Beans are sourced from family owned wholesaler in Texas working directly with farmers in Central America. For Psychic Anchor, the coop in Nicaragua the beans are sourced from is certified Organic, Free Trade and SPP.
My goal is to have fresh roasted beans in your hands as they hit peak flavor.
